DB Navigator

A very good Travel Assist

Developed by Deutsche Bahn AG

Date of purchase: 26.03.2016 for free

Rating: **** 4 stars

System requirements: iOS 9.0 or later. Compatible with iPhone, iPad and iPod touch

Languages: German, English

Features: The DB Navigator informs you about your connection before, during and after the journey. You can book long-distance tickets, group tickets, regional offers and economy prices. In addition, the current wagon order for all ICE trains can be viewed digitally. In addition to real-time information about your trip, you can also manage your booked mobile phone tickets and store them in the Apple wallet.

Icon: Thumps up The delay indicator has become a bit more reliable, so now four stars!

Icon: Thumps down User guidance: often it is not possible to touch menu items at the very bottom because this banner interferes: “Siri voice command for this connection/Add to Siri”.

Icon: Thumps down Unfortunately, delay information is still removed directly after departure/arrival of the train. This does not contribute to confidence building. One has the feeling (!) that delays should be covered up. Psychologically clumsy.

I use the travel information of this app very often and find it very practical that the traffic connection I find can be saved in the iPhone calendar right away.
