Conclusion
Highly recommended! A must have!
iPhone users who are used to the convenience of the Strongbox password safe get an equivalent replacement.
You will surely use such a tool almost every day or even several times a day. If you are satisfied with it, you should show your gratitude to the developers and buy the purchase version and/or donate something occasionally, if your finances allow it.
Alternatives
Use an iPhone and install Strongbox on it.
Set up two user profiles on my Pixel 7 Pro and manual syncing became too cumbersome for me. That's why I'm now testing the only platform-independent open source solution, Bitwarden. It can be used permanently free of charge for private individuals (without 2FA and TOTP). I don't want to do without 2FA, so I booked the annual subscription for 10 USD. This way, I can also use the integrated Authenticator function.
